Before you get in touch

We focus on projects from about $20,000 upward, because below that a design-build process costs you more than it returns. For smaller work we're happy to recommend island trades we use ourselves.

Greater Victoria, the Saanich Peninsula, the Westshore, Sooke and the Cowichan Valley. We take a limited number of projects further up-island each year — ask us.

Yes: BC Housing Licensed Residential Builder, $5M general liability, WorkSafeBC coverage in good standing, and a written five-year workmanship warranty on everything we build. We'll send the certificates before you sign anything.

Often the smartest approach. We'll sequence it so that no phase has to be undone by the next — services and structure first, finishes later.
